Founder and Principal
Mr. Passarelli has over 13 years of multifaceted engineering experience involving residential, commercial, and industrial civil engineering applications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with distinction from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Science Degree in Structural Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University . He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New York and active member of SEAONY and ASCE.
